Vision
The PHRMDO will develop and manage the human resources of the provincial government as highly professional, competitive, accountable, customer-oriented and efficient, working in a culture of excellence and genuine public service anchored on the Provincial Development Vision.
Mission
The Human Resource Department aims/seeks to:

Provide quality and prompt service to employees and clients;

Provide adequate and appropriate personnel to different departments for the achievement of departmental functions and responsibilities;

Provide HR interventions to enhance/improve productivity and efficiency of provincial employees; and

Provide information and recommendations to management on organizational development concerns.
